Organizing controlling and coordinating personnel practices by adopting well thought out action plans and a time frame for achieving the desire results. 4. Ensuring good general administration of the company including housekeeping, transport, security, canteen etc. 5. Management of Personnel & Industrial Relations Departments for ensuring industrial peace, conducting negotiations with CBA. Looking after discipline and welfare of all employees, as per Company Policy and Labor Laws/Rules/Regulation in force. 6. Liaison with Labor and other Government Departments/Agencies. 7. Liaison with other Divisions/Dept. of the Company 8. Final negotiation with contractors related with Transport, or matters pertaining to A&P Division 9. To plan how to conduct the cases in the courts pertaining to labor or other matters of the Administration Division. 10. Assign areas and responsibilities to sub-ordinate, monitor their performance and provide guide lines where necessary. 11. Clarify department objectives and their relationship with the overall company’s objectives. 12. Promote constructive discipline and working harmony in the department. 13. Communicate management instruction/policies to the staff. 14. Appraise performance/recommendation of the sub-ordinates under him. 15. Ensure strict compliance of safety rules by all concerned. 16. To approve leaves and authorize overtime as per company’s rules. 17. Assist the management in recruitment of personnel in his department. 18. Dealing with CBA/Workers Union. 19. Implement environmental policies & regulation where needed.
