‘Sales / Business Development Executive’ will be responsible for generating business for the company and help drive its sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, tasks will include and not limited to:
Reach out to potential customers through telephone, emails and in-person visits to generate RFQs and secure business
Timely responses and thorough follow-ups of all RFQs received
To gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements and provide them tailored solutions to cater to their individual needs
To personally oversee all secured shipments from customer’s approval till settlement of dues
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales with mutually beneficial terms
Work towards achieving the sales targets as set out by the management
To ensure weekly visit plans in consultation with the management and have a very focused approach and direction
Maintain an updated client database
Keep report of all sales activity
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Weekly review of own Sales Performance and presenting it to the management for review
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients when and if required
