We are looking for talented and experienced HR Managers having an ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing Resumes and Applications.
• Scheduling and Conducting of Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Maintenance of Hiring records.
• Preparation of Salary statements.
• Handling of Inbound and Outbound Calls professionally.
• Daily updating of Communication Channels.
• Maintenance of Work Flow by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Record keeping and monitoring attendance of Employees Punctuality.
• Training Sessions to New Resources.
• And other Daily Tasks.

Skills Required :

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent Analytical, Communication, Writing and Leadership Skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Google Drive.
• Sharp, Punctual and Motivated.
• Effective Problem Solving Skills.
• Must have an experience of less than 1 year experience
