Advent Interactive is looking for an experienced Call center sales executive to perform necessary activities and to generate leads, qualify them and convert them into new business. The Call center sales executive will be providing sales support via phone, email and video conferencing applications to local and international leads.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Corporate IT/Software sales will be preferred.
- Identifying prospective corporate customers & acquiring new clients.
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified National & International region / market.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Should have good lead generation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is must.
- Understand client needs and requirements.
- Creating enthusiastic customer base by selling our products, services and solutions.
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products and pitch according to their specifications.
- Person should have in-depth knowledge of IT Services, Web based products Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
- Person should have knowledge on International Marketing.
- Should have knowledge on Social Media Marketing, Mail Marketing, and Cold calling.
