The successful candidate will work directly within the NxtGenBz sales team, responsible for developing and growing key B2B markets, primarily domestically. The role represents an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic company.
Reporting to the senior management stationed in Melbourne - Australia, you would be expected to take responsibility for and take ownership of key B2B industry verticals and driving sales to meet challenging business expectations. Managing a current portfolio of high value clients is also expected.
Job tasks and responsibilities
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual business development goals, measured by establishing new and protecting current customer bases
• Aggressively seek new sales opportunities with a focus on consultative selling techniques
• Proactively become an industry expert within your core industry verticals and provide proactive input into NxtGenBz product development and road maps
• Provide input into NxtGenBz marketing strategy and campaigns
• Travel within Pakistan frequently, occasionally.
• Deliver high impact sales presentations, from operational delivery, up to board level sales pitches
• Develop extensive contact lists within each industry
• Develop a working knowledge of all NxtGenBz B2B industry verticals and work with the rest of the sales team to ensure that annual team targets are met
• Conduct monthly reviews with the higher management on business development activities, forecasts and results
Skills and experience
• A tertiary qualification in business, sales & marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development goals in highly technical and complex sales environments, preferably within the private or commercial domain.
• Experienced product marketing & sales.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other teams.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• High competency in operating Microsoft products
• Innovative and ability to be proactive in improving the operations and products of NxtGenBz.
• An ability to work independently and drive sales within areas of responsibility
