Job Description
A Senior Associate who will contribute to identifying, communicating, and solving some of the most complex and highly visible business practices, processes, and technology issues for our clients. The Senior Associate will participate in delivering business solutions in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. The focus of the consultant is to aid in the design, development, test, implementation and debugging efforts of business solutions.

Qualifications
Job Specification
Experience with custom development using the SugarCRM platform including:
Strong PHP and JavaScript knowledge
SugarCRM 7.X knowledge and sidecar framework
Experience working with SQL server and MySQL
Experience with LAMP stack
Experience with relevant mark-up & styling languages (HTML, XML, CSS, etc.)
Proficiency in Sugar Studio, Sugar Logic and administrative configuration
Skilled at analyzing, troubleshooting and solving problems
Experience with development methodologies and concepts
Understanding of enterprise solution architecture as it pertains to scalability, systems integration, etc.
Extensive experience with relevant IDEs, deployment methodologies, and system testing
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent bidirectional verbal and written communication skills
Experience using common business applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong desire to learn new industries and technologies
Ability to adapt to new challenges
