Job Description

Primary responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Develop in-depth understanding of Company`s product
  • Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platform`s blended learning solution are met
  • Assist teachers to use digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide recommendations on best teaching practices
  • Provide support and feedback after solution deployment
  • Provide trainings and conduct learning workshops/boot camps
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the support and engagement processes
  • Create reports and plans for the prospective clients
  • Any other tasks as may be required from time to time

Job Specification

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 01 – 3 years of experience
  • Experience in teaching will be preferred
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Strong communication and IT fluency
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Pro-active, self-starting work approach and must be a team player
  • Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task
  • Takes initiative and able to work under pressure
