Senior Information Officers

We are looking for Senior Information Officers for our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively management of inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintenance of Clients and Company’s Databases.
• Record Keeping.
• Maintenance of Reports (daily, weekly, monthly and annually) prepared by Juniors .
• Timely keep an eye on emails and calls received by clients.
• Face to Face Client Meetings.
• Assistance to Senior Information Officer.
• Train Junior Information Officers.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have an experience less than 1 year.
• Excellent Computer, Communication, Analytical, Problem-solving, Written Skills.
• Must have designing skills (plus point and optional)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Data Programs.
• Knowledge of Software Installations.
• Must have knowledge of Google Drive.
• Sharp, Punctual and Motivated.
• Excellent Customer Service
