Attend customer queries and complaints.
Provide product / process knowledge to the customers
Guide the customers about the vehicle booking procedures and product features
Process booking orders, receive payment instruments from customers, issue receipts etc
Coordinate with head office / regional offices for settling customer queries and booking orders.
Specification
Minimum Intermediate (preferably O Level or Graduate)
Maximum age 35 Years (preferably 25 ~ 30 age bracket)
Well groomed and presentable personality
Excellent communication & Customer dealing skills in English and Urdu.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
