Job Description

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate and Maintain HR Strategies.
  • Documentation of employee’s data.
  • Prepare contract and offer letters according to the post.
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure the completion of documents and record needed by the company and assist the management in all HR related matters.
  • Maintain and update company leave records of employee’s and leaves ledger on monthly basis.

Job Specification

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational ability. Demonstrated ability to design and implement staff professional development and training programs.

Having excellent communication, negotiation & analytical skills.
