Job Description

  • Strengthen basic accounting work, regulate bookkeeping, voucher making, report preparing and financial activity analysis, and be responsible for the rationality, standardization and accuracy of the entire financial management and accounting within the enterprise;
  • In charge for the finance department’s management of each branch, and coordinate the work between the department and all other departments;
  • Review and approve various applications, reports and requesting instructions submitted by subordinates;
  • Grasp the situation of subordinates and actively discover the talents in order to reserve financial staff;
  • Enhance fund management, reasonably calculate all fund quotas, and prepare fund forecast and analysis on a regular basis, so as to improve comprehensive balance;
  • Master the basic and latest financial, tax and financial policies to make the financial work of enterprises develop in a regularized direction;
  • Organize regular and irregular financial inspections, update contents continuously according to work requirements, formulate inspection standards, expose problems, fix them, and gradually standardize financial work;
  • Well aware of the financial status, operating results and fund changes of the whole enterprise, and report the work status timely to the branch’s CEO as well as the head office;
  • Report the major events or abnormal accounting information to the CEO as well as the head office on a regular basis;
  • Conduct and implement internal audit activities along with the cooperation with head office;
  • Handle the company's cost management, accounting supervision, budget management, audit supervision, inventory management and tax affairs;
  • Accomplish other tasks assigned by management and head office.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance-related field;
  • CPA, ACCA, or CFA is an important plus;
  • Minimum of 8 years of financial experience including over 3 years management (Relevant experience in insurance and tracking industry will be preferred);
  • Strong ability to organize and coordinate, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and principle, initiative and good at handling procedural matters;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English;
  • Comprehensive professional financial knowledge, familiar with tax laws, regulations and operational procedures, able to handle tax work independently, and control tax risks;
  • ERP management experience;
  • Excellent in Word, Excel and other basic office software;
