Job Description

  • Enroll all the new employees with insurance company by sending the excel sheet, update insurance sheet at the time of exit or promotion of an employee and send it to the insurance company, forward insurance sheet to the accounts department IN ORDER TO ensure the completion of employee insurance process.
  • Obtain pre authorization form from employee in case of surgery, send the form to the insurance company, Coordinate with the insurance company to facilitate employee in emergency situation(s) for admission in the hospital as per medical insurance policy IN ORDER TO facilitate employees as per medical Insurance policy.
  • Obtain relevant documents from the employee in case of treatment from non panel hospital, verify the documents, forward the documents to the insurance company and follow up with the insurance company for the reimbursement of the claims IN ORDER TO ensure the reimbursement of employee claims as per medical Insurance policy.
  • Conduct cost and benefit analysis of the insurance company for the top management to make decision for the renewal of the contract or selection of any other insurance company IN ORDER TO provide up to the mark and optimized medical insurance benefit to the employees.
  • Compile E-requisition for the position(s), send receipt to the relevant Head(s), Forward all the requisitions to Head HR, Post job on the job portal, Maintain CV data bank (Soft Copy) in Excel and folders, Shortlist CV(s) as per mentioned requirement, Forward the shortlisted CV(s) to the Head HR, Forward the Shortlisted CV(s) to the relevant Head, Schedule interviews in coordination with the concerned head, send email(s) to the shortlisted candidate(s), Provide administrative support in interview(s), Prepare and forward staff movement sheet to the Accounts Department, conduct staffing analysis IN ORDER TO ensure effective and efficient Recruitment and Selection Process.
