The eLearning Development team at Celeritas Solutions, LLC builds world-class training modules for our Us clients, partners, and customers. Our focus is to continually innovate and to build industry-leading enablement products. This job will give you an opportunity to explore the work we do and to bring in the fresh perspective as you identify industry trends and provide concrete recommendations to improve our learning solutions. The job will also provide you an avenue to work with cross-functional teams to understand how content is used in various forms and devise recommendations to inject innovation during the course development process.
The intern will discover how to:
• Apply innovative content design concepts in a business environment
• Design and create engaging effective e-learning courses
• Create Sharable content using Articulate Storyline and other e-learning tools
• Build quizzes and interactivity audio recording
• Test of courses prior to their release
• Upload courses into the Virtual Learning Environment
• Maintain and refresh content in existing e-learning courses
• Report the status of projects to the L & D Business Partner
• Work with the L & D Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner to develop release and development timelines.
Responsibilities:
• Discover ideas about latest trends in self-paced learning
• Incorporate those ideas into innovative project deliverables
• Interface and collaborate with another eLearning Development team to develop proof of concepts
• Analyze course metrics for trends, narratives, points of interest, and so forth
• Test out additional productivity and development tools for possible team adoption
Job Specification
Apply strong leadership and collaborative skills while taking tasks to completion
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be motivated self-starter and a great team player
• Must have working knowledge of operating systems, desktop applications, world-wide-web
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook is required
• Strong curiosity/knowledge of instructional design will be hugely beneficial
• Experience and Education Required:
• Bachelors Degree with a focus on Instructional Design or related field
