Job Specification

• Day to day communication with clients and troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers may have (L1 Helpdesk, chat, call, emails).
• Billing management and follow-ups.
• Answer pre & post-sales inquiries and provide consultative support for products and services we offer.
• Daily basis follows up with team members and updating clients regarding the project.
