Personal Assistant for CEO in a private firm.
We are looking for candidates who are residing in the vicinity of DHA-Phase V - VI & Askari 11 Only. This is a female only position.
Responsibilities:
• Multidimensional tasks such as scheduling, appointments, interviews, administration and management to name a few.
• Ad hoc duties and projects within the office
• Remain discrete and professional with confidential information
Requirements:
• Basic computer skills are a must. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, powerpoint and outlook
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly-Organised, detail-oriented and collaborative
• Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
• Highly punctual and disciplined.
This individual will be someone who will ensure that everything runs smoothly. The one who demonstrate impeccable judgement to safe guard sensitive communications, financials, and operations. The one who practices discretion and professionalism with confidential information
Take initiative when approaching all problems and projects.
Able to pivot when change occurs and embrace emerging issues.
