Job Description


  1. To collect client data / pre requisite information in order to establish application setups.
  2. To prepare the application set ups using front end i.e. hierarchy, process movement and other module wise set ups in order to elicit and do Evaluation of data (made available by the client) according to application set up.
  3. To communicate and coordinate sessions of client and technical resources in order to translate client requirements for technical teams.
  4. To communicate with client / end user concerns / feedback in order to update management and analysis team.
  5. To conduct the user acceptance testing session with the client in order to obtain UAT certificate.

Analysis & Design:

  1. To design prototypes & workflows as per collected information in order to present the design and prepare the SRS (Software Requirement Specification) document.
  2. To prepare IRT User model, static model & Use Cases in order to prepare the initial communication document for verification and sent that document to other team for development.
  3. As and when assigned research and reverse engineer available libraries and project data from different sources in order to provide solutions in scope of the projects.
  4. To prepare documents for system requirements from various sources like client/customer & other stakeholders, legacy systems etc. in order to ensure clear requirements and design.
  5. To prepare and Maintain documents and end results with internal team, product owner / internal project manager, peers etc. in order to make available the results for ongoing progress with the requirements.
  6. To develop Specification and Guide Software Architecture Document for documents like SRS, Use cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), ERD, RFP, Design database as per requirement specification in order to meet client/customer expectation.
  7. To develop review and provide input or corrections to the User manual, Technical Manual, Training Manuals and Technical Proposals in order to complete the documentation for the System and Users.


  1. To prepare trainings programs as per the training needs of the customer / end user Conduct and monitor the training at application administration and user level in order to have hands-on experience with product and to Provide accurate implementation feed back

Solution Verification:

  1. To verify solution of the project / product based on defined scope and participate in development demo in order to keep update of newly developed features of the product.

Documentation & Reports:

  1. To prepare the release notes documents for product and project, In order to provide information to QC Team or Client.
  2. Use BIRT Application, in order to manage and update reports.


  1. To prioritize the issues, bugs for fixation, and verify the fixed bugs and issues in the application IN ORDER TO aid successful closing and ensure the application deployment to be bug free.

Change Management:

  1. To prepare Scenarios, GUIs, ERD & Use Cases under guidance in order to prepare the initial communication document for verification and sent that document to other team for development
  2. To log change as reported by client, prepare impact analysis of required change, provide solution of that change to concern team/Stakeholder in order to provide the required functions and ensure change implementation

2-3 years of total job experience with experience in Healthcare / IT Technologies and having knowledge of software development life cycle.

Bachelors in Software Engineering or related field.
