Job Description
1)Must be capable of developing a team and run the operations of distribution of a premium quality real mineral water.
2)Experience in Multinational beverage like PEPSE/COKE is preferable.
3)Develop and lead the implementation of company's strategic and tactical plans
4)Manage Company's budget responsibility.
5)Effectively develop and lead company's marketing team.
6)Ensure strategic aligment and resource allocation across the company.
7)Work closely with sales leadership to ensure brand plan execution.
8)Identify critical issues that impact the company and develop plans to address.
9)Work collaboratively, effectively and efficiently with all internal and extarnal stakeholders.
