Candidates who wish to build their career in Resume Writing will receive training, coaching and guidance from the team of experienced Resume Writers’.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for writing and formatting content for resumes, CVs, cover letters, thank you letters, follow-up letter, and LinkedIn profile makeover.
  • Choose the right type of format for every candidate as a resume must be tailored to the specific needs of each employer. Keep track of the job industry and its requirements.
  • Research and craft deeply technical content with accuracy and narrative flow.

Check grammar, language, factual errors and rewrite the resume for the post the candidate has applied for while emphasising skills and achievements of the candidates.

Job Specification

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Superb time management and personal organization skills.
  • The highest level of customer service and content development skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word with a strong aptitude for document formatting.
  • Fast learners, and able to work on multiple projects at once and service a number of clients simultaneously (making each feel as though his/her project is the most important).
  • Good Typing Speed

  • Customer Escalation Management


  • Master’s Degree in Business/ Human Resource or related field.
  • Required Experience: Fresh - 1 Year.
