Job Description
Deliver the requirements of the project and enforce all change management procedures;
- Prepare and manage the work breakdown structure, staffing requirements, project schedule, communication plan, associated quality plans and project budget;
- Select, build and motivate the project team;
- Make or force timely decisions to assure the projects success;
- Plan, monitor and control the project schedule and budget throughout the project lifecycle;
- Keep all project participants informed of progress as per the projects' communication plan; and
- Manage the administrative & financial aspects of the project as appropriate.
Job Specification
Bachelors Degree in Telecom and Electronics;
Project Management certification;
At least three (3) years in Telecom or Electronics Engineering and at least three (3) years as project management position;
Able to deal effectively with all levels of management (including senior and executive level management);
Extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry;
Fluent in English (verbal, reading and writing) with excellent presentation skills; and,
Excellent PC skills including MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to adapt to new software applications.
