Job Description

  • Reports and accountable to Head of Sales
  • BDO is responsible to achieve his core objectives through the key performance indicator (KPI) such as Strategic Selling, sales and Revenue Intake, Bids and quotes, Company Products and Services, Reporting and Personal Development in all dimensions.
  • You will be following a strategic sales approach towards the Key Accounts after discussing with Hamid & Asim
  • BDO needs to make sure each lead is been addressed/acknowledged/assigned/Skype Group created with relevant team members within 1 hour of its receipt.
  • BDO needs to make sure assigned lead is been generated in HUBSPOT and is been assigned under your name and is been properly maintained with latest status i.e. As per last follow up done
  • After above, To-do needs to be created with all the relevant members in basecamp and in Skype to make sure its been transitioned to the production team for their review and feedback
  • Production team has been requested to provide quote within 24 hours for normal projects and 24-48 hours for big projects that needs R&D. In case of failure, please request Asim to raise the issue.
  • Once production team announces quote, please request Asim to review and discuss about overall approach to present to the client.
  • After taking notes from Asim, BDO will prepare the quote (Please ask Asim if you need assistance for big projects)
  • Final quote should be approved by Asim or Hamid
  • BDO will ensure a phone call followed by email right after sending the proposal/quotation/initial feedback by production team to get acknowledgement that its been received.
  • BDO to ensure for requesting time from client so he can present HTML Pro approach for that particular project. Asim’s presence is a must in these calls along with relevant production team member to address any technical questions.
  • Incase client doesn’t reply back, BDO will ensure to do follow ups unless sales is closed. The follow up process has to be via email/call after every two days unless client requests otherwise
  • After sale, BDO will generate project in basecamp and will ensure that all related correspondence and assets are being included so that production team can initiate the project
  • BDO will also ensure that production team is been working and responding client soonest possible to make sure a good customer experience.
  • During the project BDO who has closed the sale will engage customer via phone calls randomly to check if he is been satisfied with the service and hence making base for next digital chain which is SEO.
  • After project completion, BDO to ensure that he has pitched digital marketing service and review about HTML Pro on different platforms.

After project completion, BDO may stay engaged with the client to see if there are any referrals or if there is an opportunity for more work like maintenance of the site
