Game Designer

We are looking for an experience and talented game designer for the Game Development team. You are a multi-talented and expert game designer with the ability to adapt to various forms of content or systems design. You are capable of taking responsibility for realizing our design philosophies in the form of epic, engaging content.

You will have proven experience in game design, level design, game mechanics, a strong aptitude for critical thinking and analysis, outstanding people skills, boundless creativity, a strong visual aesthetic, extensive knowledge of AAA banners, and a long-standing passion for games.

Note: Please do not confuse Game Designer with a Graphic Designer. We do not require a graphic designer.

What You'll Do:

• Our ideal candidates enjoy a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
• Co-own creative goals and vision of a set of stories
• Lead design from ideation to release on fun interactive features that enhance story and increase player engagement through delight, depth and replayability
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data and iterate on design elements based on findings
• Implement stories and mechanics.
• Build the economy of the game considering all the possible aspects involved

What You Bring to the Game Design Team:

• 3+ years of experience in content design and game design
• A desire to make fun, delightful experiences that help push our business success
• Highly skilled at game narrative and with a great interest in narrative in visual novels, film, television, and games.
• Ability to quickly internalize new engines and game technologies
• Strong design mentality and intuition for game mechanics and game flow
• Proven understanding for game design and experience in collaborating with other disciplines on game development projects
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with others
• Must be able to analyze different analytical tools
• Excellent problem solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with 2D Game Engines.
• Previous experience with Hyper- Casual Games
• Game Design Certifications / Courses
