We are looking for experienced Customer Service / call centre agent for our Mobile Support team. The candidate should speak fluent English (Australian/British/American/ Neutral Accent) and also good in talking to people over the phone. He/she will be responsible for making and receiving calls from Australian customers to activate/Deactivate Value added services on Mobile phones for our client.
Previous Experience in the call center industry specially telecom sector will be an added advantage, Non Experience candidates may also apply if they have the skills mentioned above.
People spent time in English speaking country would have added advantage.
The candidate should be resident of Islamabad because our office remains open on Public holidays. However leave in lieu will be given on Australian public holidays.
The candidates must have the following:
1. Australian/British/American accent/ Neutral accent
2. Should be able to speak English fluently with full confidence
3. International Call Center / Telecom Experience will be added advantage
4. Must have strong interpersonal skills
5. Must have strong problem solving skills
6. Must have strong communication skills
