‘Accounts Officer’ will be responsible for performing specialized accounting tasks required to maintain the organization's general ledger. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the tasks will include accurately recording the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities of the organization.
Regularly preparing and maintaining the company’s Statement, Balance Sheet.
Ensure accurate & proper bookkeeping.
Prepare bank reconciliation statement on a monthly basis
Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
Filing of tax returns as well as calculation of all applicable taxes (WHT, ST, etc.) and other such deductions and company employee’s taxes on FBR website.
NOTE: Office Timings are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM ( Mon - Friday )
Having the knowledge of managing accounts, enable to plan, coordinate, and manage assigned area using financial and accounting analysis.
Should have experience with online FBR portal for filling annual returns and employee salary taxes.
Ideal candidate should be have a strong command over MS Excel, and should be confident, have good communication skills, be well groomed, and have the ability to work effectively & efficiently under pressure.
