Job Description
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing jobs descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring Process
Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
Assist in performance management processes
Maintain employee records (attendance, files etc) according to policy and legal
Ability to organised, multitask, priorities and work under pressure
Assist with the development and administration of program, procedure, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is a must.
Master/Graduate in HRM
2 to 3 years experience in HR department is must
knowledge of payroll would be an edge
