Software Project Manager
OneClout, Pakistan

We at OneClout are looking for a software project manager for our Lahore office. We need a technical leader for our software team who can implement complete software development lifecycle and can deliver solutions to clients in US and Europe.

Project initiation

You will start with getting requirements and preparing estimates, and after that organizing, coordinating, and directing software development sprints using agile methodologies.

Project execution

You will be working closely with customers, product managers, analysts, developers, testers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver iterative, incremental and working software.

Project reporting

Maintain summaries of actual story completions vs. committed stories, satisfaction KPIs, technical debt reviews, etc.

Management reporting

Maintain high levels of visibility for all stakeholders, Develop best practices and tools for agile project management. Escalating any issues beyond limitations.

You should have excellent English communications skills with a bachelor’s degree in computing.

Should have worked as technical solutions provider e.g. lead developer

Should have experience in managing people e.g. team lead, project manager

Should be customer centric and have good interpersonal and engagement skills.

Should have used different project management tools.
