1. To receive and deal with mobile phones sent by customers or distributors for repair and keep in good touch with them;
2. To study specialized materials and guidance documents regarding mobile phone;
3. To satisfy the demand of customers for products and services;
4. To assist the manager/director/executive to complete various tasks and improve the performance;
5. To give feedback on issues in time and track the results;
6. To answer the professional and technical questions raised by customers;
7. To take the vacant place when the service consultant is busy or absent;
8. Daily operation management of the service center;
9. To training others on electronics knowledge.
10.To complete other tasks assigned by the Director
Ideal candidate with education in Engineering and 1-2 experience of Mobile repairs will be preferred.
