Callix Call Center is one of the Rib of ASA Venture’s and our Team has its main objective to elevate the Customer Experience. The team is handling customer services & inquiries in different lines of business.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Callix Call center Pakistan.

The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota of work
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
