• Prepare technical documentation for different department tenders in close collaboration with procurement, engineering and the regional projects.
• Collaborates with company personnel to ensure compliance to company and client specifications and expectations; and assists with the overall implementation.
• Provide assistance managing facilities requests and document delegates/vendors to coordinate with.
• Update lists of all purchase orders timely and maintenance agreements as needed.
• Escalate major concerns to management and prepare documentation as necessary.
• Respond to general support requests and project-based delegations as needed
• Digital marketing through blogs and (e-media) of electronic products and sensors.
• Assist management for all on-going projects.
• Additional duties may be assigned by lead management
