Job Description


  • Achieving set target within the projected timelines by quarterly monitoring and evaluating the market situation.
  • Keeping abreast with the updated product & service information and educating the relevant teams accordingly.
  • Liaise with the Operations team, Finance and Credit Collection Department for process related pricing and credit related issues.

Business Development

  • Evaluate the local markets within the territory on a current and future basis analyzing competitive information and strategies.
  • Develop and implement Sales strategy for short and long term in order to maintain the current clientele and to attract new business.
  • Contribute to the design, production and effective delivery of high-quality sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers in accordance with agreed guidelines.
  • Produce and distribute introductory letters accompanied by an approved point of sale material and to follow up such letters with the aim of securing an appointment/sales visit.
  • Ensure all appointments and proposals illustrate company in a highly professional yet competitive light with the end goal of securing the prospective business within an agreed pricing range.
  • Be responsible for updating and amending increasing the customer database and ensure that the company is included on the tender list of each major potential client within the territory.
  • Provide information and advice on the submission of proposals and assist/attend with the production and presentation of major tenders, whether or not directly involved.
  • Liaise with Branch, Regional or designated Program Management for the implementation and hand-over plan of “new” sold business.

Account Management

  • Travel Program Implementation of local clients in Pakistan
  • Alignment of all processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery
  • Improve profitability and customer contribution
  • Demonstrate teamwork and a passion for understanding customer needs

Job Specification

1. At least a Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
2. At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Possess salesman spirit and able to effectively communicate at all levels, internally & externally.
4. Stress management skills.
5. Negotiation Skills
6. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
8. Knowledge of federal and provincial employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.
9. Good command overuse of computer applications (MS-Office).
10. Ability to develop and train the workforce, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
