KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. At least a Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
2. At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Possess salesman spirit and able to effectively communicate at all levels, internally & externally.
4. Stress management skills.
5. Negotiation Skills
6. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
8. Knowledge of federal and provincial employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.
9. Good command overuse of computer applications (MS-Office).
10. Ability to develop and train the workforce, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
