Manage the implementation of Quality system procedures, test and record results of final & intermediate products.
- Operate Proportional and carbonator(for conventional lines) & to monitor (for advanced lines) - Start-up Shutdown as per Standard Operating procedure provided by Quality Assurance Manager & CO’s manuals.
- Maintain correct on-line Beverage Brix and carbonation:
- Checking final syrup Brix for setting beverage Brix target
- Ensure caustic residue and methylene blue test in washed bottle.
- To maintain required strength of Caustic & temperature in washer.
- Checking washer condition of spraying of jet nipples, pressure and alignment
- Checking of date coding.
