Need WordPress developer to make a plugin for following requirements,

1. There will be a task type named: Site Visit, in which the image of map upload by PM and assigned a team member to visit.
2. To complete, or update the progress of that task or apply log hours to that task specifically: team member must need to point on the location on map and upload images of that area and text.
3. Later on it will send to the PM, and he can only approve it, to record its log hours and approve update progress of task
