onewood is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales/Marketing Representative to contribute in closing leads and generating sales for the company. The right candidate must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with queries from the prospective customers.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Place phone calls to potential clients from our CRM.
Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales programme and where required develop scripts according to sales and marketing objectives.
Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company CRM.
Follow up on a list of leads and with opportunities by following up in an organized manner.
Answer questions about services provided by the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the sales team when needed.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Set appointments with prospective customers based on availability of sales manager.
Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold. Keen to learn industry developments/trends.
A bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or related field.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred).
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent knowledge of English.
An excellent communicator having superior people skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Excellent phone manner and articulation.
A hard working, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual.
Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
