• Support to create policies or procedures for planned logistics.
• Support to plan or implement stock flow management systems to meet field requirements.
• Maintain reports, documents, about routine logistics operations as per protocols.
• Support transportation, vehicle management and grant logistics systems.
• Monitor goods supply chain processes to ensure compliance.
• Ensure in time distribution of stock in line with store to ensure achievement, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness of grant objectives.
• Support negotiates transportation rates or services acquired.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
• Help to develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply during project operations.
• Implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
• Support to collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with programme, DCs and BCC officers.
• Support logistics coordinator to manage routine logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management
