Multinational Company (CBH) requires a packaging expert for its International camapaign .
The Packaging Expert would be performing the duties mentioned below
Packaging Expert will be receiving calls from Clients
Answer Client's questions, as well as question Client to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with Client's
Routing the calls to concerned departments if needed.
Organize and prioritizes duties
Packaging Expert will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat Support
Packaging Expert will handle customer queries via emails
This is a night shift job 8:30 pm to 5:30 am, five days a week (Monday-Friday)
Its not a typical call center job, its career progressive job
