Ministry of Energy (Power Division) CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ALTERNATIVE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT BOARD (AEDB)
The Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan invites applications for the position of CEO, Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB).
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Chief Executive Officer will be answerable to the Board for administrative, financial and technical matters of the Board. The Board may delegate such administrative and financial powers to the Chief Executive Officer for carrying out day to day affairs of the Board.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
The Chief Executive Officer shall be an eminent Pakistani Engineering Professional of known integrity, competence and expertise in handling Alternative Energy Development Projects with relevant degree from reputable university recognized by HEC.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
The Chief Executive Officer shall be appointed by the Federal Government and the terms and conditions of the CEO AEDB, his remuneration and privileges shall be such as may be determined by the Federal Government. The remuneration/salary of the CEO, AEDB shall be market based and it shall not be less than minimum of MP Scale-I.
The Chief Executive Officer shall, unless he resigns from his office by giving one (01) month notice or is removed from office earlier by the Federal Government, holds office for three years or for such period as may be extended by the Federal Government. The age of Chief Executive Officer in any case shall not be more than sixty five years.
