Job Description
- Bring leads and hunt new projects using online platforms and internal brands.
- Plan and work on the strategy to achieve monthly targets.
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.
- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular on call meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
- Develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of others company product.
- Communication with International Clients via Call/Chat/Email.
- Regular Communication with internal production team and managers regarding project and/or clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Find good strategic partnerships and affiliations with vendors and clients for company products.
- Planning and preparing presentations, various documentation and writing reports.
- Gathering information through intelligent research as part of self-initiatives.
Essential Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online freelancing platforms (e.g upwork, guru, freelancer.com etc)
- Strong knowledge of Digital Web Services (Website Development, Graphic Design, Marketing, Content Writing etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Huge Confidence & ability to achieve sales target.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Team Player.
Professional Qualifications:
- A recognized degree (bachelors or masters) in Marketing or IT.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
