Job Description
The person will be accountable for generating sufficient product sales, to achieve annual sales objective, with reasonable sales growth and increase in market share.
HCR/SHCR will be required to:
Capitalize on sales opportunities
Identify, interpret and communicate changes and trends in market
Monitor the knowledge and activities in changing environment
Advocate key customers concern and needs
Conduct web based research to update product/disease knowledge.
Should be good at making sales presentations
Should be able to identify promotional requirements, recommending strategies and selling techniques(territory related)
Should be a talented, motivated, team player, well able to work in flexible environment.
Time distribution is 40% in planning /evaluating / reporting / validating expense reports /distribution management. 60 % in the field to coach ASMs, meet KOLs, and validation of marketing strategies and area objectives.
