Job Description

  • Admission executive responsibility is to recruit and communicate with new students regarding admissions and offered courses.
  • An admission officer might be responsible for connecting with students.
  • Travels to different institutes, meetings, and events to meet with students, answers questions about the ASTHM’S and evaluates potential applicants.
  • Admission executive schedule and conduct interviews and campus tours.
  • Parents, students, and other institute representatives contact admission officers for information regarding ASTHM’s courses and its offerings.
  • Admission executive also contribute to the creation of promotional literature for the admission office.
  • Develop innovative communication strategies, and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
  • Provide support to the Senior Admission Counselor when needed.
  • Interview students to understand their objectives and background..
