Job Description

Software Base Solutions Pvt Ltd urgently looking for talented and energetic candidates for the post of "Support Engineer" for our Software products. Candidate should have "Can do" attitude and solve the complex and technical issues.

Job Specification

  • Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Maintain relationships with existing as well as new clients and resolve their complaints in person and via telephone call.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Technical knowledge of operating system installation, configuration, system troubleshooting e.g hardware and software.
  • Technical knowledge of building and maintaining the system network.
  • Familiar with CSR system and practices.
  • Ability to perform multiple task, manage work load pressure and manage time effectively
