Job Description

To read management, maintenance and section logbooks of production department for insight to current problems and risks.
To visit each section time to time and check the working of staff.
To have complete knowledge about all activities of milk powder.
To ensure smooth working of each section of production department.
To train shift engineers and provide them any guidance needed regarding smooth running of the plant.
To schedule training for new recruitment in production department.
To prepare and discuss with Production Manager activity report of plant.
To organize tasks in absence of Production Manager.
To check working of shift engineers and other staff time to time and guide them in case of any abnormal situation.
To have practical and theoretical knowledge about working of equipment in different process areas.
To ensure optimum coordination to other departments in order to maximize the quality and productivity.
To attend the abnormalities and non-conformities and take corrective / preventive measures to minimize them.
To provide guidance and practical means to minimize losses.
To provide processing parameters and working procedure to all staff in different section of production department and to teach the workers to follow the related SOP’s.
To check and sign dispatch notes of cream, butter and milk powder in absence of PM.
To maintain and teach the production staff about personal and plant hygiene and to check that workers are following instruction.
To write activity report of shift in management logbook and to convey follows new instructions from higher management.
To report any abnormality in process immediately to Production Manager and take necessary action to stop reoccurrence.
To convey maintenance works to engineering department.
To accomplish any other job assigned by the management further to all above responsibilities.

Job Specification

Handling daily production of Butter, Desi Ghee, Milk Powder & Cream.
Standard follows of HALAL, ISO, HACCP, Environment, URSA, Punjab Food Authority & PSQCA etc.
