The brand manager should be able to understand the software modules and develop all loosely coupled pieces as a single brand to form a clear message to its consumers of what the offering is, at the same time maintaining the brand's image. Some of the key tasks would be to design communication for the brand, maintain aesthetic uniformity and brand image, represent the brand at various platforms etc.
