Qualifications & Competencies: Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or Business Administration. The Candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with contractors and service providers. Expertise in preparing and reviewing services/material procurement contracts is a must. The candidate should be fully conversant with procurement of services. The position requires strong IT expertise.
Experience: Candidates should have around 5 years’ experience of managing contracts including preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, reviewing contractual terms & conditions, signing of contracts, etc. preferably in the Oil & Gas industry and in an ERP environment.
Responsibilities: Processing and execution of companywide service procurement including BOQs, bidding/tendering processes, technical and commercial evaluation of bids, negotiations, preparing contracts, audit & compliance. Evaluation of vendors’ performance and management reporting.
