Job Description

We are looking for talented Senior HR Officers having ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Tasks include:

  • Reviewing of resumes and applications.
  • Scheduling and Conducting of Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintenance of Hiring records.
  • Handling of Inbound and Outbound Calls professionally.
  • Record keeping and monitoring attendance of Employees Punctuality.
  • Training Sessions to New Resources.

Job Specification

Key Required Skills:

  • Must have an experience of less than 1 year experience
  • Must have good communication and problem solving skills
  • Must have experience in the formulation and development of Change Management
  • Handling of HR processes like planning, recruitment, selection, performance management, employee training & development
  • Motivated and Punctual
  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Drive.
