Job Description
A Multinational Company Z-Tech reuires a customer sales representative for USA Packaging Campaign.
Agent would be performing the duties mentioned below:
Sales Agent will be receving calls from Clients.
Answer client's questions over the email and chat.
Provide quality custom service on every call.
Communicate clearly effectively with clients.
Follow up calls.
Organize and prioritize duties.
Agents will be responsible to solve customer queries on Live Chat.
Agent will be handling queries via emails.
ITS NOT A TYPICAL CALL CENTRE JON, ITS A CAREER PROGRESSIVE JOB.
