Generix Solutions is looking for an Accounts Officer. The role has the overall responsibility of providing day-to-day accounting operation, support and control through the task listed below.

Responsibilities

• Processing of monthly invoices
• Handling recoveries
• Administer the accounts payable & accounts receivable function and maintain appropriate records
• Maintain Petty Cash records
• Monthly GST returns
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Managing records and receipts
• Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required
• Maintenance of all the relevant files

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduation in Accounts or Finance (MBA, M.COM, BBA, B.COM)
• Minimum one year of working experience
