Primary Responsibilities of Human Resources Manager
Perform Human Resources Management
Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Respond to employee concerns in timely manner.
Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
NOTE: In the initial phase, you will only hire Call Sales Representative for the company
Ability to develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
Good interview skills to screen the potential candidates to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
Detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal, listening and speaking skills.
Highly motivated, self-driven and ambitious individual willing to take up workplace challenges.
You will have to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees.
You will be in charge of overseeing the hiring of new employees, and being a good judge of character will help ensure that you hire the right people to maintain an efficient and motivated team. You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.
