Customer Support executive

This job requires the entitled person to make outbound and receive inbound customer support calls for our company. We mainly provide Grant consulting services. Most calls are made and received to update customers on the status of their orders / grant applications. And also handling complains or other support queries. 2nd part of the job requires extensive research. Company will provide you with all the resources online and offline and your job will be to search various grants and financial assistance programs for the customers, matching the customer's requirements. The job is to research information about customer's desired financial assistance programs (USA Only), and reproduce that information in a well-documented format that is easy to understand for the customer.

- Excellent Written / Verbal English Communication Skills Required
- Excellent Internet / Offline Research Skills Required
- Adequate Sense of Responsibility
- Experience in Call Center / Customer Support will be Preferred
