UI/UX Designer

Rareiio specialises in design, development of software for clients across the globe. We have offices in Lahore, Pakistan and Sydney, Australia.We are looking for a talented designer to join our team. You will be client facing and responsible for lead generation including creating and applying an effective marketing strategy.

What you will do

• Create new design ideas for mobile, tablet & desktop in close collaboration with UX conceptioners, stakeholders and frontend developers
• Creating user friendly layouts and interfaces to our technical products
• Being responsible for the golden threat of new and existing designs across our various channels
• Working according to the “mobile first approach” in an agile and dynamic work environment while orienting yourself on the customer journey
• Building effective MVPs, acting as a key driver to evaluate their potential and participating in the optimization process until they become best-in-class solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of practical experience in UI UX Graphic Design
• Experience in collaborating cross-functional remote teams with other Designers, Product Managers and Developers.
• Experience in working with principle and in creating animations in After Effect
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• You have a strong understanding of HTML/CSS/Web Technologies so you can design things that can be built. We have a dedicated front-end team, so you will need to work with them to implement your ideas.
• Expert knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Suite, Adobe XD. Knowledge of motion/print highly advantageous
• You must be able to show us your portfolio which should contain sleek and minimalistic design cases.
• Applications without a digital portfolio will NOT be considered
