Job Responsibilities Include
Acquire new clients through Chat/Email/Calls (Inbound)
Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and convert them in to Sales
Follow up on potential leads to increase Sales
Stay on top of production and ensure the order has been processed and would be delivered on time.
Assist the team in the process of Packing & Shipping
Stay in touch with clients by gathering feedback and promoting re orders
An ideal candidate would be someone who has a strong grip on the English Language (Written & Verbal)
Should not hesitate to pick up the phone and call up potential clients in the US
Would be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
We work in US timings, therefore, this is Night Shift position from 8 pm to 5 am Pakistan Standard Time.
