Job details are as follows:
-International based inbound campaign.
-Dealing with inbound calls from customers who ask for air ticket fares.
Searching cheapest available fares from the system.
-Follow-up the booking until the booking process is cleared.
Job Specification
Candidates must:
-Be fluent in English and must have strong understanding of British accent.
- Have hands on experience on air ticketing soft wares like World Span, GO and highly proficient Galileo skills required.
-Have good computer skills like data entry, emailing and web surfing, sms messaging and chat functions
-Have ability to achieve set targets. Must be confident, hardworking, reliable dedicated and self-motivated.
